How does payments and billing work?
All registration fees and monthly training tiers are billed securely through Upper Hand. Registration fees are charged upon enrollment, while monthly tiers are billed automatically on your chosen schedule.
What happens if we miss a session?
Sessions do not roll over to the following month. Make-up sessions are subject to availability and coach approval. We encourage consistent attendance to maintain developmental momentum.
Are tournament and scrimmage costs included?
No, tournament and scrimmage costs are handled separately from monthly training fees. These events occur periodically throughout the season, and specific costs will be detailed prior to participation.
